Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of the ETS community. We are committed to providing high-quality products, both digital and physical. Please read our return policy carefully.

 

Digital Products & Subscriptions (ETS Creator Pass)

 

Due to the immediate, digital nature of our music library and subscription service, we have a strict no-refund policy on all digital products.

  • ETS Creator Pass Subscription: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unwatched content. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

  • Digital Music Packs: All sales of individual digital music packs are final and non-refundable.

 

Physical Merchandise (Toys, Apparel, etc.)

 

We stand by the quality of our physical products. We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.

 

Eligibility for a Return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection (please check size charts), or cosmetic box damage that does not affect the product inside.

 

How to Initiate a Return for a Defective or Incorrect Item:

  • Contact Us: Please email our support team at zillionmarketplace@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This is required for us to process your request.

  • Resolution: Once we review your request, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, we will either:

    • Ship you a replacement item at no additional cost.

    • Issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

 

You will not be required to ship the defective item back to us unless specifically requested by our support team.
